Degen Investment respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Website to do the same. Degen Investment users are prohibited from uploading to or via the Website any content that they do not have the right to post, including but not limited to copyrighted material. Degen Investment will cooperate and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that have a reasonable legal basis for the claim, as determined by legal counsel for the Company. Any infringing material discovered on the Website will be removed from the Website. Repeat infringers will not be tolerated.
